    The fee is refunded. But experts who consistently leave requests unanswered drop in the ranking.

  • How long does 7/7 verification take?

    Once you upload your documents we usually review them the same day. You pick a time that suits you for the video call.

  • Can I see the customer's phone number?

    Not until you agree. The customer shares it if they want to; until then you talk through in-app messages.

  • Can I sign up without a tax certificate?

    Yes. Experts working on their own can sign up too; a professional competence certificate or a reference is enough for the document layer.

  • Can I take a break whenever I want?

    Yes. Turn off the availability switch and you stop getting new requests; there is a holiday mode too.
