Find an expert or leave a request
There are two ways. Either you browse the experts on the category pages one by one and message the one you like, or you leave a request and the suitable experts in your area reach out. At most 5 experts see your request. Your number does not end up in anyone's contacts.
Talk anonymously, then decide
You message inside the app. You do not have to give your phone number until the price, the date and the scope are settled. The expert's profile shows past jobs, double-confirmed reviews and verification layers.
Seal the job, and we will remind you
When the job is done you both confirm it. We call that Done Wright. No review can be written without that confirmation, so fake reviews are impossible. The job then lands in My plans, and we remind you when maintenance is due.
When you see the badge, seven checks have already been made.
Every layer is verified separately and shows on the profile as a level badge. The orange double tick is not handed out lightly.

The Done Wright seal
When the job is done, both you and the expert confirm it. The seal is only stamped on a double confirmation. That is why every review on the platform rests on a real job. Writing a fake review is technically impossible.
Your phone number stays private
You do not have to share your number when you leave a request. Experts reach you inside the app. You can share it after you agree, if you want to. The decision is always yours.
No bidding, no price race
Twenty people will not see your request and start undercutting each other. At most 5 experts reach you, and each one explains their own work. The right one wins, not the cheapest.

Frequently asked questions
Is signing up paid?
No. Signing up, your profile and the 7/7 verification are completely free. You only pay for the requests that are sent to you.
What happens if I do not answer a request?
The fee is refunded. But experts who keep leaving requests unanswered drop down the ranking.
How long does the 7/7 verification take?
Once you upload your documents we usually review them the same day. You pick a time that suits you for the video call.
Can I see the customer's phone number?
Not until you agree. The customer shares it if they want to; until then you carry on with in-app messages.
Can I sign up without a tax certificate?
Yes. Experts working on their own can sign up too; for the document layer a professional qualification certificate or a reference is enough.
Can I take a break whenever I want?
Yes. If you switch availability off you stop receiving new requests; there is a holiday mode too.
